Terms and Conditions: "The Art of Escape" Promotion
- Campaign Period: The promotion runs for three months, from September 1 to November 30, 2026. All qualifying art purchases must be completed within this timeframe.
- Qualifying Spend: Customers must spend a minimum of R1,500 in a single transaction on any artwork or product available on theartgallery.co.za to qualify for the promotion.
- The Reward: Each qualifying purchase unlocks 60% off a designated 2-night weekend or 3-night midweek getaway experience at participating partner resorts (such as Magalies Park, Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge, or The Palace and etc.) Both the artwork/product and experience must be added to the cart for the promo to apply.
- Exclusions & Additional Costs:
- Travel & Transport: Flights, car rental, fuel, transfers, or any other form of travel to and from the resort are strictly not included and must be arranged and covered by the guest.
- Meals & Incidentals: Food, beverages, room service, and personal expenses are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific package description.
- Activities: Any excursions, tours, park entry fees, or activities not specifically listed in the curated experience description are excluded.
- Voucher Redemption & Validity: Vouchers are issued via email post-purchase, remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and are subject to resort availability (particularly during peak holiday seasons and long weekends).
- Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Promotional vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
- Cancellation Policy: Standard resort booking cancellation and amendment policies apply to all stays booked using the promotional voucher.
- General: The Art Gallery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
